MTV series Just Tattoo Of Us is back for season 4.

The show features pairs of friends, or couples, designing tattoos for one-other.

Each episode builds up to a shocking reveal, where presenters Charlotte Crosby and Josh Ritchie have the contestants unveil their new tattoos from behind a blindfold.

However, things usually get totally out of hand, with brutal jokes and horrifying acts of revenge. Friends, eh?

Here’s a look at seven of the most shocking Just Tattoo Of Us tattoos in MTV history!

1. The Naked ‘Lady’ Tattoo

Not only was this tattoo huge in size – plastered across a girl’s back from shoulder blade to shoulder blade – but it also carried a deeper meaning.

As the tat was revealed, the girl’s friend declared “it’s you”.

Not sure that’s a compliment….

2. Sex Toy Tattoo

“What am I going to say to my kids,”

It was a pretty damn calm reaction from this woman, who had a sex toy imprinted onto her skin by a thoughtful friend.

At least the colour matches the shorts…

3. Condom Tattoo

Quoting a story to do with a “condom fail’, Dave made sure his buddy would never forget the tail.

He tattooed a huge condom onto his mate’s stomach.

All in the name of banter…

4. You’re Dumped

Being dumped by text is commonly considered the most despicable method of breaking up with someone.

Not in 2018.

Here we have Mazzie dumping her boyfriend by tattooing the message across his leg.

Pretty sure a phone call would have done the trick…

5. Deodorant Can

With an ‘anti-smell’ tattoo tucked beneath her right armpit, it was pretty clear what message this girl’s boyfriend was trying to get across.

George even had the audacity to say “sometimes in the morning, you know, she just smells.”

6. STI

This tattoo literally brought the poor fella to tears.

For some reason, his best pal thought that having various STI tattoos, including “syphilis”, “herpes” and “the clap”, sprayed across his underwear line would be funny.

We didn’t see anyone laughing…

7. The Naked Man

Rivalling the naked lady tattoo, this poor girl had nothing left to the imagination as her boyfriend tattooed a butt naked version of himself onto her skin.

Placed just below the knee, there are few outfits that would keep this ‘little’ guy covered.

In fact, her boyfriend’s private parts will be hanging out the bottom of her dress…
